Shipping Information and Policy

FREE SHIPPING OFFERED FOR ORDERS OF $3500 AND ABOVE!

All in-stock orders will arrive to you within 5 to 14 business days. Any changes made to an order after it is placed or if there are any backorders may delay shipment.

Upon product receipt, please do the following:

Please inspect the shipment immediately. Photos are not required, but are recommended for your personal records and safety in the rare event that a freight claim needs to be filed.

Before signing off, make a notation for damage and/or shortage (if there are any) on the delivery receipt with a representative from the carrier present before accepting the order, but do not refuse the order.

Please sign for piece count as well as pallet count.

The freight carrier has acknowledged the receipt of the shipment from our facilities in good condition. By your acceptance of the shipment from the carrier on the delivery receipt, you acknowledge that the product has been delivered in good condition. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage if you give the carrier a clean and clear receipt.

Inside delivery is not included. Shipping includes residential or business delivery and liftgate service. If you choose to have the driver bring your shipment inside at the time of delivery we will have to charge you $100 in addition to the price of your cabinets. This amount will be charged to your card upon receipt from the carrier that this service was requested by you and signed on the delivery receipt.

If you are unsatisfied with the product in any way we do accept returns under the following return policy guidelines:

All returns will need to be authorized by us prior to return shipment. For authorization please send us an email request at Sales@thecabinetdepot.com.

Returns must be received by us within 45 days from date of purchase.

All items returned in original, unopened packaging will incur a 25% restocking fee upon return receipt.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened, assembled, or previously installed items.

The customer is responsible for setting up all return shipments.

Any returned product, which is deemed un-sellable, will not receive credit.

When the returned item(s) are received, the value of the returned items minus applicable restocking fees and shipping fees will be credited back as soon as our Returns Department has completed processing (usually within 2 weeks). If the original shipment received free shipping the credit will be issued minus the actual shipping charges paid by us.

We will not process any returns if the product returned is missing or incomplete from the original shipment.

We cannot accept returns on any pieces of trim (this includes all types of moulding, toe kick, and plywood panels).

Freight Claims Instructions:

Unconcealed damage and/or shortage: Claims can be made only when it is indicated on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. The claim must then be reported by email to us by sending info regarding the pieces damaged and pictures showing the damage. No claims will be allowed without the proper paperwork signed by the customer and the transportation company.

Concealed Damage: Any concealed damage claims must be noted immediately upon unpacking cabinets. Once the cabinets are assembled in any way we cannot refund/replace your cabinets at our cost. Claims must be made within 72 HOURS OF PRODUCT DELIVERY. Claims must be made by email to us by sending information regarding the pieces damaged and pictures showing the damage.

If there is a mistake with your order, please
email us (sales@thecabinetdepot.com) with your order number, buyer’s name, shipping address and a brief description of the mistake. We will respond with a confirmation email and we will proceed to remedy the error as soon as possible.

If there is any damage upon delivery, notify the delivery driver of the damage and request that he/she makes a note of the damage on the delivery receipt. All damaged items will need to be accepted by the customer. Please do not reject any items.

A damage claim with us will need to be filed before replacements will be shipped. To file a damage claim please email us (sales@thecabinetdepot.com). Be sure to include your order number, buyer’s name, shipping address and a brief description of damage. This description must include the item numbers and the parts needing replaced. You must include images of the damage along with the email to better ensure the correct replacement parts are shipped. Upon receipt of the damage claim email we will send a confirmation email and then proceed to ship replacements/parts as soon as possible.

For distributors and other stocking customers, missing parts claims must be made within 30 days of product receipt by end user.

Proof of purchase from Distributor or customer to end user required.

This policy does not cover freight damages or shortages due to shipping of product. Customer must receive product in accordance with our shipping and receiving policy, and may be required to submit information verifying the claim. These policies are set by our freight carriers, so failure to comply will result in loss of compensation for the customer.

From time to time we issue promotional discount coupon codes for items we sell on our website. The coupon codes we issue and authorize are subject to the following terms and conditions:

All coupon codes include an expiration date. We do not issue open ended coupon codes. The expiration time is at 12:01 am eastern time on the date the coupon expires. If for example the coupon is set to expire on 12/31, at 12:01am eastern time on 12/31 the coupon will become invalid.

The coupon code must be entered by the customer at the time of checkout. Failure to do so does not entitle the customer to a refund of the coupon discount amount after the sale. We cannot retro-actively apply coupon discounts for orders already placed.

All coupon codes issued are non-negotiable.

Unless specifically noted on the coupon, coupons are valid for one use per customer, as well as only one coupon per order.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order if in our opinion the coupon used was unauthorized, ineligible, obtained illegally or altered in any way.

Discount coupons or codes may not be used on orders which have already been discounted (e.g. wholesale orders).

The coupons or codes we issue can only be used for online purchases made on this website. If you have a question about our coupon policy or have identified a possible problem with a coupon code attributed to us, please contact us with specifics. We will respond promptly.
